Roger Davies Pharmacy

I recently visited RD Pharmacy and the experience was really nice. The pharmacist was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to explain the process of recurring prescriptions. He also recommended some over-the-counter medication that helped me. As someone else mentioned, my experience was in stark contrast to some of the negative reviews; perhaps weve met different employees?

Worst pharmacist you could encounter. The owner is incredibly rude and aggressive and gets personal trying to fault his customers for his failure to get supplied in medication. I have been told I am a liar and screamed at, I wont ever set foot in this pharmacy again. I have not experienced such customer service before. Owner also fails to be discreet when needed and loudly say the name of the medication and what it does even for repeat medication. If you want to see what products they have and ask for advice, youd better pay or you will receive the owners rude attitude. Honesty at a loss for word.

I have been going to this chemist for about 10yrs. The pharmacist is rude. Not professional. December 2021. I went in for blood pressure tablets. He was so unprofessional in front of three customers. While I was waiting for him to sort out my prescription. He then started to serve another customer who came in after me. I said excuse I was next. The way he spoke to me. I did not say a word as I needed my medication. So in January 2022 .i went to nu pharmacy on stroud green rd n4 they treat all their customers regardless of race like a human being
