Glasses are fine but the glasses case they came with is truly awful. Seems to be made of cardboard - what is the point?

They need to improve their customer service and the store organization. I have been with them for many years now (8 approx). Lately ( last 4 years -more or less) I have had an issue every time I deal with them. I used to have my lenses delivered to my home. Once I try just to change from monthly to daily and what a nightmare. When the time came I saw that I was charged twice, 1 for monthly and 1 for daily. After asking by phone they couldn't help me. Went to the store and it took them hours to realise that the previous person created two profiles etc. Now I'd rather just go in and buy what I need. Another time I wanted to get the glass of my google changed. When collecting - ah! I had to go twice as they couldn't make it when agreed. When I finally pick them up. I realised that they gave me the wrong ones. This is just the two big ones but there are more small details that need improvements. They are always busy but they seem to have the right amount of staff but the staff isn't trained as they should. I recommend them, but always be careful that the transactions you want to do are actually what they are doing.

Specsavers Holloway sent me a voucher for a 10 eye test, this was confirmed on arrival however during the eye test I was told this was incorrect and the voucher only means 10 off not the total amount - this is definitely not stated on the voucher. The woman doing the test was also very rude from the off - would not recommend going at all!
