Really really pleased with Davies & Davies' services which we used to buy a property. Our experience was excellent and very professional throughout (from viewing the property, negotiating with the vendors and to completing the purchase process). I've known of Davies& Davies but I started dealing with them in March of this year. Every step of of our joruney together has continously impressed me, from making sure they accomadated someone in my current situation, changing policies to make their work ethhic more inclusive, to being extremely repsonsive if something has not worked well in the flat. As a tenant, one worries about the possible eventualities that could occur whilst renting, and having heard from friends about other letting agents that have been abismal, I am very glad to have rented with Davies&Davies. Their team are not only professional but friendly and personable, which is a very reassuring quality that shows it comes directly from top management. Transparency, trustworthiness and dedication are things that all companies should strive for. The team at Davies&Davies are getting it right. Huge thanks to Alexander, Lamar, Katrina and Fabio. Simply outstanding service from the whole team who are all professional, friendly and highly responsive. Katrina's turnaround time to any request is exceptional. Whether buying, selling or renting - I would highly recommend.
