        I called on Monday asking about volunteering and a lady told me to come in to collect an application form. I came in today to collect the form and this man was extremely rude and unhelpful and he told me that they do not need any volunteers. However, I called yesterday and they told me they do need volunteers. Next time dont waste my time making me come in.

        Hopeless. I called because I was looking for a residential care home for my mother. The person who responded was completely unhelpful and just told me to get an assessment for her. Well yes, of course, but first of all I need to ask questions about the home and view it. No information forthcoming.
