The customer service provided by every member of staff was amazing! I felt extremely comfortable choosing the perfect prom dress for me due to the huge selection of dresses suitable to anyones taste. Despite it being so busy, the staff made sure that everyone was attended to and they were extremely patient and kind and the prices are also very good for the quality of the dresses there. I actually looked around at other shops in the area but ended up coming back here as the quality and designs of the dresses are unmatched! Very strongly recommend everyone to shop here for the amazing dresses and helpful staff!

Fantastic service and beautiful dresses. The staff were so patient and professional, they made my daughters feel completely at ease and made shopping for their prom dresses very special. Great range of clothing at really good prices. I would highly recommend. Thank you ladies.

Prom dress shopping today with my daughter - Vic & Tash were amazing - really helpful - not pushy at all - they called my daughter by her name whenever they spoke to her and made her feel really special- it was a lovely experience for us both and I would recommend a visit to Diversity if you are in the market for a prom dress - THANKYOU X
