        Me and my partner have been letting with T&C for less than a year but the experience so far has been good. Me and my partner are pretty demanding and they usual pull through. Sam is a massive help with any issues we have!

        After renting a flat through T&C, I can only sing praises for them! Sam was very helpful, often going above and beyond for us and literally taking all the stress out of finding a new place to stay! Thank you Sam and team for your 5 Star service!

        Awful. They do not return calls, and Sam is particularly dreadful. Had an offer accepted on a flat (or so I thought). After I chased them several times, they told me the landlord had renewed with current tenants. Appalling.
