Another estate agents that make silly mistakes throughout the tenancy and also messes around with your deposit when it's time to give it back. We waited months to get our deposit, even though out landlord approved it within the first week.

This crowd are doing a Refurb of a Neighbours flat and they have been awful. Left rubbish in the communal area for 2 weeks, no communication, our stairs have constantly been left with plaster, dirt mess. Extremely unprofessional and dirty service. Future Homes? Don't touch with a bargepole!!

I rented with them for about half a year, a house that happened to have a massive mold problem. We managed to get an arrangement with breach on contract, and they assured me that I would get financially compensated for the loss of many clothes, bags, shoes and my general wellbeing. After asking for my bank details about 3 weeks ago, they started completely ghosting me. I will either delete this terrible review if they get in touch with me quickly and efficiently, or post one star reviews everywhere else on the net and social media's until they reach out. I'm really unhappy that you're turning me into a Karen, future homes.
