        I have had good relations and customer service with this shop for years pre-lockdown, it was the place to go and for the past 2 days have been phoning but the workers answering phone not helpful. Today they hung up the phone on me twice just trying to reorder hats for our choir which we wore on Britain Got Talent. I requested to leave my details for a call back and they hung up the phone. I phoned back insisted I leave my details for a call back and doubt she was recording it. I requested for the shop email address so I could send a photo of the hat I need for additional members and she refused to give me and she hung up on me when I was still talking.

        Managed to get a good dress from here but they were meant to send the sleeves to me for a friends wedding in 2 weeks but 5 months down the line I couldnt get in contact with them, nor did they contact me and eventually when they did they said they dont have it in stock and forgot to call me. Wont be returning here.
