We arrived in the evening and rang the bell. No one answered. My daughter called and someone picked up immediately. I rang the bell and a lady asked on the intercom if we are checking. I said yes and she said to wait for 3 minutes. Really, how difficult is it to open the door? Clearly, she was inside because we were buzzed in in less than a minute. It was a blonde lady who was not very pleasant. Theres something off about her - felt like she was sinister. Even when I said good evening she gave me a cold look. Oh well, apart from that chilliness, the place was ok. We were on the first floor and my husband said it felt like we were in the basement because there was only one window. It was clean at least. The bed was not well positioned though because there was not a lot of room to hop in and out. You have to lower the heating, too because it is really warm inside. The towel heater in the bathroom is also so hot you can burn yourself. Theres an AC which I imagine van be great in summer. Will try it again the next time Im in London.

Perfectly fine. My family room had a very comfortable double & single bed. The shower was a large double shower and a really great powerful shower. The kitchen was fine although I didn't need to use it. There were no proper windows just a skylight which made the room feel rather claustrophobic. Luckily I didn't need to spend much time in the room otherwise it would have been miserable. Anna the receptionist was utterly delightful & gave me a lovely warm welcome. Thankyou Anna! Air con & heating & the blind for the skylight all worked fine
