Superdrug

I am really not a complainer. I hate to say anything negative about anyone but Superdrug in Holloway is awful in terms of answering the phone. Try calling them and I can almost guarantee that it will not get picked up. It doesnt matter what time of day you call, they just will not pick up. Considering it is a chemist I am surprised and quite saddened by the fact that they do not pick up phone calls or provide any other way to contact them. The only way to get anything done is to go there and queue up and often then, the pharmacist is on a break or running late. Im sorry to have to complain because I do love the staff when I actually get to interact with them but this is seldom. Im forced to now change chemists because this has been going on for a few years now. In Holloway most chemists are awful so its a job trying to find the least awful one. Let me know if you know any! Ive just spoken to shaunel( shes not normally working in super drug as pharmacists) Shaunel ( thats what she told me ) is really UNPROFESSIONAL, UNHELPFUL,IMPOLITE,VERY RUDE and ABSOLUTELY SHOUD NOT BE WORKING WITH PATIENTS OR CUSTOMERS. I was asking about medication and she did not know what medication it is, what brand , what the use of it She was absolutely very unprofessional and I will never ask the GP to forward my prescription or any of my family to Superdrug unless I receive a written apology from Superdrug, Absolutely disgusted by her attitude as a customer whos been with Superdrug for the last 11 years and I get three different prescription every month ,

This is purely about the pharmacy. Really bad service, would not recommend unable to get prescription and made to wait over an hour
