This review is purely based on disappointment of lack of clear communication. Despite arranging to get my hair in cornrows I got to the salon to be told my hair wasnt long enough for feed in braids when Ive been doing feed in for a while with the length of hair I have! Telling me they dont do short hair.. so basically I had a wasted journey of nearly 90 mins. The recommendation to go there was a huge disappointment. Check people before you go. I had a saving Grace I believe, they werent meant to touch my hair!

Be careful here cause they try to cheat you. My 11year old daughter had her hair done there in Feb for 70pounds. The owner Jossee, gave me that price. She went back there today, not even 2months later, with her 18year old sister and after the hair was done, the ladies proceeded to try to bully and embarrass my kids into paying 100pounds. They said they have increased prices and they have to pay. Keep in mind they never informed them of this price change before starting. She had my number, she didn't text me back either to inform me of any price change. How do you increase prices by 30pounds and not inform the customer before you start braiding? Every shop I go to, a notice is posted announcing a change in price of even one pound. I am absolutely disgusted that they would do this and I believe they tried to cheat because it was a couple of young people. My daughter said the apprentice was yelling at them telling them to find the additional 30pounds! Also, the braids done this time were not even as nice as the first time. She literally has just a handful of braids that was completed in less than 2hours and they wanted 100pounds for this. Service: Braids
