Inexperience hairstylists! The owner will leave you with trainees / inexperienced stylists. My partner got twists and in 1 week its messy and unravelled. When I looked properly she didnt braid the first bit of each section which holds twists neatly in place. Even I know to do that with twists and I dont do hair! I wasnt happy with their dairy butter hair treatment which was homemade and smelled like onions and curry, I had to wash my hair it was unbearable and it left my hair dry. Also theyre short of staff, only two hairdressers work there and only one knows how to cut hair. I asked for a blowout and I walked out with dry frizzy hair, the hairdresser blamed my hair but Ive never had this issue with other hairdressers. She only used the pik attachment to blow dry my hair, not even a brush. Honestly this was the worst hairdresser Ive ever been to, the owner doesnt understand customer service at all. I gave her one star for how she treated me and another customer there that day, always talking down about my hair while doing nothing to fix the issues she saw and doing the bare minimum so you have to pay her but I wasnt happy at all, felt ripped off. There are so many hairdressers on that road and Ill check them out instead. Service: Hairstyling
