I had a haircut recently, the lady who did it is very good, she knows what's she's doing, but I felt the atmosphere change when I didn't want to buy a product and as a result, I felt she over charged me for it a Shame, I will not be going back because of this, I don't mind paying for anything but why the change in attitude, if I don't want to purchase something I shouldn't feel pressured into it. Most of the staff here are really nice except 1 lady - not sure of her name but she works Wednesday's-Friday's. Her attitude absolutely stinks, customer service is horrible and she looks like she does not want to be there. Considering you are selling a service, the customer service is actually disgusting. She also did not give me the haircut I had asked for and seemed to have known better?? You should give the customer what they ask for and advise when asked. Avoid visiting Wednesday's to Friday's as you will be very unlucky to have her. There is another lovely lady who works there and is super friendly. She should learn a thing or 2 from her. I would say to avoid this branch.
