        Would have given 0 stars if possible. They booked me in for a 10am appt and didn't even open until 10:30am. Would have atleast appreciated a heads up from their end and a realistic ETA instead of having to wait outside on the street and call them multiple times, especially since I had told them I had another appointment right after.
