        They will never see me again. Lynette has 0 customer service satisfaction skills. I arrived at 4 pm and left at 9 pm. She couldn't manage the 3 people that she booked almost at the same time . At the end, she yelled at me, was not nice and disrespectful. I left without being properly hairdressed with my hairs half wet because I couldn't bear it anymore. And I was charged 100 pounds with no apologies. My advice to you: avoid at any cost !

        Had my hair cut, texturised and coloured by Michelle who was quite attentive, explaining what she was doing throughout. I was late for my appointment but she still fitted me in. She gave me some recommendations on products but I didn't feel pressurised to buy them. Very happy with the results.
