        Did a mistake and ordered veggie cheese sandwich through an app from this restaurant. These guys did not started preparing the order even after 30mins from the order entry. I checked the status on the app and after 40 mins decided to call the restaurant directly. The guy on the phone apologised politely and said they will start preparing, after 40 mins in total it took almost an hour that the food arrived. But this was just the half of the issue. The veggie cheese sandwich which was ordered with cheese came with only lettuce, tomato and onion in it! No cheese in the cheese sandwich! I complained through uber and app refunded only the 1.5 pounds, which was basically the cost of the cheese. So paid 8 pounds for bread with lettuce and some tomato and onion in it Never again Subway.
