AVOID. I have never been afraid of dentists, until I came here. The dentist completely ignored multiple issues in my mouth. I had pain on the left, she did a filling on the right. The whole tooth is now sensitive to cold drinks. My mouth wouldn't go numb, she did not stop drilling when I raised my hand, then shouted at me like I was a child when I moved my head away from her. She sent me to have 2 teeth removed and the specialist dentist said NO, the teeth could easily be saved. He told me to find a new dentist, immediately. So I did. I have now found a great dentist, but need to be sedated because that AWFUL woman has ruined the experience for me. Shut the place down, I wouldn't let her near my dog's teeth, let alone mine.

Avoid using this practice! Unpleasant experience. Went for teeth cleaning but apparently they have to do a NHS cleaning first but if I want get the stains and plaques to be cleaned Ill have to book an 2nd appointment and pay for cleaning again. So they dont like to do much if you are going through NHS and you can only get proper dental treatment and cleaning if you pay privately. You are a customer not a patient. So money oriented people and using nhs to charge people more than they need to.

Fantastic Dentist. They have done an amazing job. Went above & beyond to make sure everything was perfect. All staff were amazing but a special thank you Dr Kapil & nurse Nastaka.

Long wait time for an appointment. Normally minimum 2 months. They cancelled my appointment for a filling on the day (booked 2 months in advance) then never called me back to rearrange or provide refund. When I chased them to rebook then quoted another 3 month wait. Finally got in but now the tooth is beyond repair and needs extracting. But wait they can't do that and have had to refer me elsewhere. Referral in Aug 22, still not heard anything. Returned to practice to chase up and they couldn't have cared less, no offer to chase up the referral or ask how I was or if in pain, just told the nhs waiting list is long Now having to shell out for private work Will be avoiding in future. Poor customer service
