Good range of products but most of all, the ladies who run this shop, give great customer service. They are really polite; always greet you with a smile when you enter and go out of their way to give you help if you need it.

I finally took myself and my money elsewhere after experiencing years of bad service and quite frankly, contempt, being ignored and leered at when shopping at a particular Finsbury Park establishment. Star Beauty and their staff are the polar opposite of the aforementioned establishment. For a small shop they pack everything in but it is well organised. Hair / product range is extensive, some of the hair / products I had not seen before. Staff were concerned I could not find what I was looking for and actually asked me questions to get a better understanding of my needs. I travel a fair distance for my products as I like to look and feel before buying, plus women of colour are not catered for at my ends. An absolute pleasure to have shopped here today after some hard-core google research. We need to stop putting up with bad treatment from establishments that do not want to deal with us but who are more than happy to snatch our money like they earned it. Get to Star Beauty. There is a lot more choice and pleasant shopping experiences to be had.
