DSW exceeds our expectations in all aspects. It has been clear from the outset that DSW strives to ensure our Apprentices have a positive EPA experience and ensure that the process is seamless. EPA is a vital element of Apprenticeship Standards and therefore it is important to us that we have an EPAO who is easy to communicate with, understands our needs and most importantly helps us get the best results possible for our Apprentices. DSW delivers for all our needs. Having an organisation you can truly rely on eases the pressure for us at EPA, as we know our Apprentices are in capable hands. There is a pragmatic approach by everyone I have dealt with at DSW. They respond promptly to queries; think through any issues from all angles; and provide outstanding support. During Covid, they've effected positive change and brought providers together to discuss impact.
