        Absolutely devastated. Book my smsts course through envico. Checked my emails received the invoice twice and no details of where course was. On the day and missed the course because the phone lines didnt open until 8.30. So lose 600 because I was 20 minutes late eventually. But envico never helped even though 50% of the blame lay with them. Please be made aware the reply by envico is not 100% true as they have never sent an email with the booking details to myself or either sent evidence of this to me.meaning they havent followed company legislation
