    We deployed Bitrix through Intreface in 2021 to bring our marketing and sales activities onto a modern platform and support our growing commercial activities. Having worked previously in businesses with CRM solutions I was very aware of the benefits, and Bitrix provided a cost effective entry into using CRM for our business as it grows. Intreface made the deployment of the solution simple and effective with very good support from the technical team. As with all systems, we have grown in into it and both the support provided as part of our subscription, and additional paid for projects have been well supported by Intreface. I appreciated that the system was relatively new, and the support teams transparency about this and willingness to work to find a solution to help us was appreciated. Since deployment, it has been obvious that we are only using a fraction of the systems capability and we are going to grow into using it further over time. The ability to self help and customise easily as an administrator is a benefit both in terms of on the job problem solving and keeping costs under control.
