Habodel took over from my previous landlord and have been renting from them since last year excellent service I rang them to inform them that I had no hot water plumber came out within 24 hours and boiler replaced within 3 days staff always pleasant and polite when you ring them

Horrible company horrible staff I have rented my property for 7 years with the old letting agent before the house was bought and taken over by habodel in the last two years rent has increased from 430 a month to over 650 a month false promises any work carried out is made worse we used to have the communal garden cut three times a year but habodel said more rent but they dont do gardens and facias and guttering cleaned once a year now tenants responsibility only time you ever hear off them is when they want more money dont rent of this bunch of cowboys who promise no rent increase but going up at 100 a year our deposits and months rent in Advance means nothing you dont get it back even if house been improved massively please please stay away from them if you dont agree to the rent increase they give you. 28 days to leave all they do is threaten know at least two of my neighbors who have had the locks changed and habodel have blocked access even to the childrens clothes toys etc This company ruins peoples lifes and when you phone up they hang up on you

Horrible company and staff. They think leaving the bedroom in this condition for 4 months after a leak in the roof is acceptable and whilst knowing I'm having cancer treatment. There was faulty electrics for 18 months, faulty smoke alarms plus constant other repair issues not being dealt with yet reported multiple times. There's 12sqm of asbestos in the attic but no safety precautions in place even though there has been numberous leaks from it. Their 'resolution' was 500 for me to move out (offered 3 months after it had been like this) but they wouldn't put it in writing for me to either accept or decline. Just another one of their scams. All they had to do was fix it.

They have been holding my deposit for 5 weeks now with no explanations or bad reason from my side. For more than 3 weeks since I moved out of the apartment, they kept telling me that I was in arrears with the last rent. When they found out I paid all my rent on time they not even apology. They are very valued and arrogant and greedy. In this situation i am forced to report them stealing my money to Doncaster City Council and The Property Ombudsman. Please dont rent from them !!!!!!
