Gravel Master

One star for the efficiency in which they took my 107. No stars for delivering on the day scheduled. No stars for not advising me the delivery would not be made. No stars for customer service who neither answer the phone nor return emails. The product? I still have no idea.

Ordered a tonne of stones, first delivery was rescheduled, no problem with that. The rescheduled day came and went and still havent received the stones or been told when they will arrive.

Very Poor customer service, ordered from them and deliverys were days late, we ordered again because the first order was messed up and at a discounted rate and then the second order was late with bags half empty so paid more than I should anyway! Will never order from them again.

No delivery, despite 3 different dates being given and worse still they have our money too and haven't returned it. They do not answer their phones or respond. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Id highly recommend Gravel Master we had a little bit of a hiccup - stone was dropped off in the wrong place, but it happens & Mollie Robinson pulled out all the stops to deal with it for me really quickly. Things go wrong from time to time - its how you put them right that matters. Ill definitely use Gravel Master again. Superb customer service. Thank you Mollie.
