"We refer to your online order placed on the 12th March for the Merlyn Secure Seal 5-Fold Bath Screen, and must advise that due to a technical error the price as displayed for the product was shown as 355.00 plus the delivery charge of 45 under 500, which has not been applied. (We have subsequently removed the Merlyn products from our website until the technical issue has been resolved)
Therefore the price that should have been charged and paid via the website is 492.00 + 45.00 delivery = 537.00 inc VAT & Delivery, and we request that you accept the additional correct charge/cost of 182.00 for sale and delivery of the Merlyn Secure Seal 5-Fold Bath Screen."
Needless to say I did not accept the additional charge but did inform trading standards!

this website and its too big. When trying to return it they are trying to charge us 130 restocking and return fee... this is HALF the price of the sink. We are now left with a sink we absolutely cannot use and left out of pocket. Its absolutely ridiculous - do not buy from this site - if anything is wrong they will not help.
