Amazing company. The work was done quickly and professionally. The staff have helped through every step of the process and have always been there to help no matter the question. They explained the system and provided us with manuals, online links and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

Beware, beware, beware. As with the others I've had endless problems with Wayne and this company. They now refuse to answer emails or calls.

Miscalculated heat loss, resulting in a complaint to the arbitrator due to cold rooms. Radiators attached with only 1 bracket that are already showing signs of rust just 12 months later, and fitted the condensation waste pipe too far into the downpipe causing a leaf blockage meaning the whole pipe needed replacing to access the drain. The company is now going through closure. Watch out for Wayne's next company!

This company installed new system. Arrived as promised, but rest gone down the hill. I was told it will be 2 day job, company failed to be transparent, forgot to inform me that they do not have all of radiators or that they wont be visiting on second day. Emma was very nice in the bigging, taking money and sending paperwork to sign but soon changed, started to be very rude, unhelpful and even hung up on me. System was installed in nov, im still waiting on any information when Wayne would be so kind and repair or change last radiator that he delivered himself knowing it was damaged still installed it. Now this company doest reply to me anymore, why would they as they have been paid.

This company installed a air source system 12 months ago in my new build home . Still waiting for them to send a Plummer . 2 months wait . Need attention .
