        Great Gym. Staff are open and always helpful. Many regulars often give it friendly feel. Not the biggest facility but has the essential equipment you need for a full body workout.

        Good facilities, a range from free weights to cardio gear and a generous area for circuits and boxing. Sauna is a nice extra and the whole place is always clean. Good atmosphere with the managers and regulars. Despite being small it's never too busy, I've never had to wait to use anything in 12 months there. Cheaper than JD for a full years membership. On site parking and lockers provided with showers too. Only downside is the closing at 1pm on a Sunday otherwise I'd be there all weekend!
