        During a heavy snow storm I got a call to say their van had broken down, and despite the terrible weather he arranged another van, reloaded all his kit and arrived on time. Great customer service. On arrival our carpets were much larger than he was expecting and he still honoured the original quote. Carpets were spotless. Would recommend. Thanks
