DIGIRAW Disc to Digital

Chris and the team at DigiRAW were wonderfully helpful and made the process of getting my BluRays, DVDs, and even a VHS digitised incredibly easy. It's not cheap, but nothing good ever is, and it was well worth the investment. They will be getting more discs from me soon.

I sent 800 DVDs to DIGIRAW fur digitization so I can add those movies to my Plex server and the service provided was great. Throughout the process I was kept in the loop on what the next steps were and ETAs. All of the ETAs were met and the digitized versions of the DVDs work well with my Plex server. I will definitely use this service again.

I engaged Chris and the Digiraw team as part of a wider project in converting and updating all my old media (photos, VHS and camcorder tapes, audio cassettes, DVDs, CDs - the lot!) to digital before it becomes impossible to do so. Having extensively researched the internet for suppliers and seen previous reviews left, I was delighted at just how competitively priced Digiraw are. Some competitors charge four times more. In my case at least, this only worked in Digiraw's favour, as I added more discs to my order than I first considered. The true value-add here though is the most prompt, helpful and friendly service that has been consistently provided throughout, even out of typical business hours. To reiterate a previous review, "I have nothing but praise for the excellent, professional and speedy service provided by Chris at Digiraw. This is how businesses should be run." Never were more truer words stated. An absolute top contact to have for anyone looking to retain access to their own precious memories, as well as their treasured movies.

I have nothing but praise for the excellent, professional and speedy service provided by Chris at Digiraw. This is how businesses should be run. My 93 year old father-in-law had a number of DVDs with videos of past holidays. Unfortunately, he had not finalised the discs and no longer had the equipment used - they could not be played on any of his current drives/computer. I came across Digiraw through an on-line search for a local company which I hoped could help. I completed the on-line enquiry form and received an automated response. As it was a Sunday I didn't get a reply from Chris until the following day, with a positive response to my enquiry - he could finalise and digitise the discs and put them onto a USB flash drive. In addition Chris also offers a cloud service for the files with a unique access URL. As we live nearby and he often passes he kindly offered to collect the discs from my father-in-law the following day and also return them once digitised. Responses to subsequent emails were prompt and I was informed of progress throughout. Just two days after having picked the discs up, the USB flash drive was ready, this despite a small problem caused by the discs being partially finalised rather than totally unfinalised. The discs and thumb drive were delivered to my father-in-law the following day. He is absolutely delighted and has enjoyed reliving holidays and events of many years past. Both my father-in-law and I are more than happy to wholeheartedly recommend Chris and Digiraw and his disc-to-digital service.
