Pinpoint Car Valet

I was personally recommended Pinpoint Car Valet so I booked in my Ford Smax for a deep clean valet. Wayne fully explained the procedure beforehand and clearly knew what he was talking about. He even sent me a whatsapp video throughout the day showing me the chemical decontamination process in action, with the chemicals breaking down the metal filings from the brakes that was stuck on the paintwork. I've never seen my car so clean and the paintwork is now shining like new! Not to mention the interior, which is absolutely spotless now. This is by far the best valeting and detailing company I've used. So much so that I've booked my wife's car in this week for the same treatment. I've been used Wayne (Pinpoint) to valet and detail our cars on a regular basis for about 12 months. He takes incredible care of the cars and has very high standards for the finish. When he finds issues with the vehicle or has challenges with the planned preparation for the vehicle, he quickly flags the issue and finds an alternative approach. My car was feeeelthy! In and out.I knew it would be a big job & I didnt fancy hanging about in one of those valeting places attached to the side of a petrol station for the couple of hours I imagined it would take - so I turned to good old Google for mobile valeters. The first guy I messaged (not Wayne!) turned out to be a bit of a clown - vague responses of I could probably fit you in next week & me having to try & chase him down for an actual appointment.. so I returned to Google & PinPoint came up - the website looked slick & professional and the testimonials looked almost too glowing. Could I be onto a good thing? Well - that was a resounding YES! Wayne immediately responded, rang to understand what was needed & arranged to visit me to have a look at my grubby Evoque & talk me through options & costs. He clearly knows his stuff & is passionate about what he does, but isnt pushy & didnt try to upsell me! I booked him in immediately & we worked out electric & water access - as Im in a flat with a communal parking area - rest assured, even if Id been in a yurt in a field, Wayne had a solution! On the day, Wayne & his magic van arrived early & set to work with his wizards tool kit & potions.. He worked on my filth monster from about 9am til 4pm, and as I occasionally peeped from my first floor window I saw the grub fall away - as my car enjoyed an enviable spa day. (Even nooks & crannies soaped up with what looked like a fluffy make up brush!) When I popped down at the end, I was gobsmacked at the transformation. My car looked like it was new - seriously glowing & smelt like a Love Island hottie! (Creed Aventus scented interior anyone?!! Who knew that was even a thing??! Genius!!) Overall, Id recommend Wayne unreservedly - it is so refreshing to find such a professional, who is easy to do business with & achieves amazing results. When this car is sold, hopefully v soon - my new Evoque will enjoy regular pampering dates with Wayne to keep it lovely as its such a pleasure driving round in a car that constantly feels new!
