Online booking system allowed bookings for the sirona spa for my wife and teenage daughters only to be told at the door its 16 plus and turned away. (No mention of this prior). Why have a park that cannot accommodate the amount of visitors?
We spoke to reception and asked to leave and was told as there is no availability for anything and our room wasn't ready they would refund us our break minus 1 night. On leaving the girl behind the desk was rude and wouldn't provide proof of refund. Said is was going to complain to her manager to which she replied 'go for it'!!
No refund 2 weeks later which wasn't actioned. Now told I can't receive a refund yet because I raised a complaint through hoseasons which I was told to do by reception at finlake.
