        Contrary to one of the reviews I had a very pleasant experiance using the post office service. The man that served me Stewart helped me craft out and envelope and even offered me cardboard to keep my documents flat. I found this service very thoughtful. I was also offered Selotape to close the envelope. Need more people like this in the world

        Extremely rude and ill informed woman. Refused point blank to even try to scan the bar code M&S had supplied for returns. M&S say this code should be scanned to give post office all the necessary info. She just said No and wouldn't even try.
