        Just placed an order for my nine year olds school photo and had to pay 3.95 for delivery. I wouldnt mind, but they offer a free delivery to the school which was dated a month before they even released the photos! Perhaps customer service is not on their agenda! Making as much money as they can out of the customer is!

        Quality of photo is fine but we got key rings to go with and you have to make them yourself. They look cheap and tacky for the price. Won't purchase again

        Outrageous pricing for a digital download of our children's school photos! 18 per digital photo download (there are 2 poses per child/joint photo). We spent 108 - I'm in the wrong industry!

        Can't believe the prices this company charges for school photos. Also they're only digital downloads. We still have to pay to get them printed. We went for a family photoshoot with another company for less than these school photos and got 60 printed photos and not just the 7 these people are offering. The schools and nurseries need to offer a cheaper service to everyone.
