Findon Place

Where to start, the house and grounds are magnificent! The staff are the best around and they all really care that youre having the best possible time, whilst ensuring all your guests are safe. The venue is split over 3 rooms. A large social/bar area, the main hall for eating/celebrating/dancing and finally the chill out room with a grand old fire place. Caroline was and is a massive asset to the event planning and oversight, and with Caroline involved you are guaranteed the highest standard event. If you need a high end venue for a private or corporate event, do not look elsewhere. This place will not disappoint! Thank you to Caroline and the team for making not only the day special but the run up to the wedding. Your support will always be greatly appreciated

Took the Willow basket making course at Findon place. Very impressed with all aspects of the day. The tuition was excellent and everyone took home a complete and beautifully basket. The house itself is lovely and tastefully presented. Well done to all concerned. a roaring log fire

I went to Findon Place for their annual dark skies event that ties in with the South downs way programme. The local astronomy society was there all set up with their scopes and ready to teach us/let us have a go/look etc but unfortunately the clouds covered the sky and star visibility was next to nothing. There was an interesting talk and plenty of scope owner's to talk to about things. The toilets were nice, the hot chocolates and smores were nice round the fire pits and we were given the opportunity to come back on another event day (which sadly I cannot attend). The parking was ample, location great and staff friendly. I will be back for next year's event and hoping for better weather conditions next time.
