Apparently they do answer the phone after office (I didn't know their office hours I was given the number by an airport) hours but literally told me "Do not call us after office hours" and to "leave a message on the answer machine" then hung up... Very rude and no need for it. if it is a customer service number simply put it strait to answer machine out of hours please and have your message say that you are out of hours. I recommend their competitors Pet Air or PBS
