    Truly shocking now I have read other reviews they seem to treat all clients with same disgusting attitude. We sold my late mother's flat in January 2023 still getting invoices from these jokers and the equally dismal first port. They seem to work hand in hand blaming each other for failing to register the new owner despite solicitors chasing them and us trying to get this sorted. They came close to being struck off by companies house thus year its freely available information on companies house website. Truly exhausting!

    Waiting for them to send the deed of certificate. By law they should take 4 weeks, we are on the 7th week. The mortgage offer will soon expire and the purchase will fall through. They are awful.

    Tried to ring E&M today and they have a message on their phone to say that due to unforeseen circumstances their offices are closed. They are holding up a property sale which is due for completion. What sort of outfit are they ? We have paid them a large fee for their dire service.

    Like every other review you will read on here, E&M is a disgrace of a company. They will bill you, pretend they sent emails regarding bill, and then dump extra arrears on top. In my case they had failed to even transfer me onto the account when I bought the property 2 years ago. It was in the previous owners name yet somehow the emails were getting sent to me and I could login for ground rent payment? And my name was at the top? So they knew I moved in. But I was paying on someone elses account. Since a 2 hour long call today they told me Ive never been registered. Despite all the payments Ive made. Oh and surprise- weve made your own account without telling you so that all the arrears build up on something youve never logged into. Now found a load more bills on this new account they got me onto this afternoon. Bills from 5 months ago??? Lady on the phone was disgustingly rude. They exist only to take money from you. They are not there to help you. God- the person on the phone didnt have a clue what they were doing. Constantly asking me to repeat numbers and spellings on my account which I had already done so 5 times and at the pace to help a toddler understand. The most frustrating experience of my life.
