        I had a prescription I needed urgently sent on Friday 23rd December and called several times that day to check it was ready but no one answered the phone. Then at 17:59 they let me know they had my prescription ready but I couldnt collect it for 5 days because they were closing for Xmas till 28th December. I explained I was 2 minutes away and needed the medication urgently but they refused to allow me to collect it even though they were still there when I arrived at 18:03 and I had explained I had none left. Such jobsworths. Thankfully I managed to get through to my GP who sent a prescription to another chemist. I wont be using Reena anymore.
