I've used the MAB twice, for a new mortgage and a remortgage. Both times I found them committed to finding a suitable offer, and when it came to finalising the mortgages they were very professional.

I have used Mortgage Advice Bureau and Michael Lawlor to help secure 6 buy to let mortgages over the last 4 years and can only offer the highest praise for his work and professionalism. Michael and his team at MAB are highly knowledgaeble about the whole mortgage market. They were able to identify the best mortgage deals for our particular circumstances and then expertly guide us through the application process to mortgage offer. I have used many other mortgage brokers over the years before MAB and can easily say that Michael and his team are the best in what they do. Highly recommend.

this is the 3rd Mortgage that Michael has arrange for us, his knowledge and advice is second to none. Would highly recommend him to everyone. Getting a mortgage approved is a stressful process for all, however Michael was confident and kept us updated given the time pressures we had! very personal service and very efficient. thank you Michael and MAB team!

2 refused mortgage applications with no reason. My case was looked after Lauren who came back with a rejection from a bank, she had not explanation in her words very strange is how she described it. She later on resubmits my application to another bank and midway disappears. She had left the company and my file wasnt passed onto anyone. By literary chasing my application I manage to get it back on track. Michael who I believe is a senior at the company assures me that he would look after my case. I then get contacted by Luci Needless to say my second application was rejected with NO REASON. I ended up with 2 refused mortgage applications, and 600 which I had paid in advance. Also no explanation on why it was refused. I was brushes aside completely. Their business with me was over as soon as they had received their full payment. I urge you not to use this company as you will miss out on making the purchase you worked so hard for. They are extremely unprofessional. - REPLY TO THE RESPONSE of Michael. You say Luci Newman has always been working on my file? Why is it that i was contacted by nobody for 2 weeks and I was notified by my estate agent that the application was not a success? Is it not your duty to notify me of the application? Why was my Barclays application refused? You did not have an answer to this because you botched my application. When I called you about this at the time you were VERY apologetic and accepted that you neglected my application and assured me that YOU would look after the application. You did not stick to your promise and brushed me to the side as you had received full payment already. The lenders did not lend the required amount? You approved my mortgage in principle for a VERY high amount. You lied and tricked me into paying you the full amount before getting a mortgage. The customer care was flawless until I made the payment to you, that was a smart move I commend you. Because i was a first time buyer, i was not taken seriously. And you took advantage of me being a first time buyer.
