Only wanted a place for a short time... Ended up renting for close to 10 years with Unlimited Properties. Both Sharon and Oliver are great, always on hand for an issues. Would highly recommend renting with Unlimited they've been nothing but brilliant for the time I was with them and I'm gutted I needed to move.

Ive been a tenant with these guys for quite a while and the service and responsiveness has been the best Ive seen in my whole renting life so far. Hugely recommend.

It's probably quite rare to come across an agency as helpful as these guys. I corresponded with Sharon mainly for just over a year of living in my studio, and she was always so responsive to my queries or issues. Setting up a viewing and getting straight into signing a lease when I'd decided on the place was easy enough. Instead of dropping an additional month's deposit on your first month's payment they require a guarantor from you, which makes things financially so much easier on you as a tenant. My studio was furnished for the most part, but most of what was missing was supplied in the starter pack they give you which includes some kitchen appliances, bedding, etc. which to be noted is yours to keep once you leave. Even upon leaving, I explained my situation of being uncertain of what month I was going to leave and Sharon provided some extremely flexible options for me, she couldn't have made it any easier. Admittedly, my studio itself wasn't necessarily 5 stars, I did have some problems at first with ventilation especially in the winter which lead to condensation issues, however, this was remedied immediately when I mentioned this and was provided with a dehumidifier in the studio going forward. For the amount I paid for the place, its facilities and location, I was very happy with the space that I had as it was exactly what I needed, so while the infrastructure of the place could've been better, everything else including Unlimited's support throughout my stay is what warrants 5 stars. Besides the issue I mentioned, I rarely had any problems with the studio itself, but if I did, Sharon would book the maintenance man David, who is an absolute gent, to pop round as soon as he was available. I feel quite confident in the future that if I'm in need of a place to rent in London again that they'll be a massive help. They're quite personable, receiving a birthday card and Christmas gift shows there is a level of care towards their tenants. They offer shorter lease contracts too so you're not necessarily locked into a place for longer than you may want, which I feel like that flexibility to extend or leave is great for people whose circumstances can change regularly. I rented a lovely little studio with a garden from unlimited properties. I found the rent to be a very good price and the location was 5 mins from a main high road with loads of shops, restaurants & tube station. Sharon & Oliver were both very helpful. If I ever had any issues, the maintenance team were also very handy and polite. Sharon was extremely helpful to me and a lovely person in general. I highly recommend unlimited properties and I wish they also rented larger properties as this was the only reason I left. Thanks again for all your help.
