Decent quick fit. Some staff are chatty and easy to get on with others are quieter and get on with the job, felt like the wait would have been shorter if there wasn't so much chatting from one staff member , they forgot to turn my engine off so drained my battery and they had to jump start my car to get me started. They could improve thier telephone manner but I don't expect top class customer service over the phone from Mechanics. All in all decent service you could have to wait a bit but there lass busy and nicer than other quick fits I've used in the past. I'd go back again.

I had some tyres fitted here almost two years ago. At the time I was happy however at a recent MOT they pointed out that both driver side tyres had been put on the wheels backwards, were rotating in the wrong direction for the tread pattern and where therefore dangerously lacking in grip. Having a massive disparity in grip levels between the two sides of the vehicles feels a fairly significant safety (not to mention basic) issue. I get that mistakes sometimes happen but it scares me to think I've been driving my family around in a dangerous vehicle for the last two years. It's particularly annoying given the tyres were quite expensive / nice Michelin ones which will likely now need scrapping.

Had a tyre blow out on the motorway, hobbled for a minute to the junction and was so relieved to meet Stefan from Poitiers and his guys. I was desperate but they gave me the same price I'd have got if I'd have scheduled it. 15 minutes late on a Saturday afternoon - top outfit.
