Incredibly attentive service. Takes all the awkwardness out of picking the right piece. I did a lot of research before visiting so I could be clear on what I was after. This helped them help me. Thanks Jonathan! A wide variety of styles, stones and metals are always available, in stock Im one to go for use for vintage items which are particularly well priced. Certificates of authenticity are always offered on a purchase, of various kinds. Useful for insurance. Incidentally, whenever Ive visited Ive made an appointment in advance, letting them know what Im hoping to buy. The more specific I can be, the better for both parties: it means less waiting for me and they can even have things ready and waiting.

Wonderful service , deserves much more than 5 stars. I Highly recommend Jewellery cave, buy from them with confidence. I bought two diamond tennis bracelets in 2015, one for me and another for my daughter, when they were delivered they were truly beautiful, lovely quality and so much cheaper than other suppliers we had tried, I have worn my bracelet a great deal over the years and recently noticed a slight gap between links, I contacted Jonathan who immediately said "send it back to me, I will fix it". Today he sent my bracelet back by special delivery and not only has he repaired it but sent it in a new jewellery box, cleaned to perfection, it looks like new bracelet and he didn't charge me anything for his time or postage, how is that for amazing service after 8 years. Big thank you from me Jonathan.
