Weve been tenants of a flat in Finchley for around 14 years which we found through David Harris. From start to finish its all been very easy, and weve had no complaints. I found David very helpful, informative regarding new laws and rules for the protection of tenants, and would recommend him to anyone looking to rent.

There are plenty of estate agents in Finchley, and I would strongly advise to look elsewhere to business with more integrity and honestly. We used David Harris estate agents to try to buy our new home, however our experience was far from acceptable and the estate agents actions were a disgrace. We submitted an offer for a property, was accepted by the vendor. 3 months into the process (having conducted surveys/instructed solicitors and agreed our mortgage), we were told the cash buyer had entered negotiations with the vendor and our offer was rescinded. David Harris estate agents had clearly been marketing the property underhand despite it being under offer with us. This cost us months of our time and energy, and thousands of pounds in professional fees. David Harris assured us they were a very honourable business but I can assure you that this is not the case, and the worst I have experienced to date. In addition, they misled us with farcical stories about why previous buyers had pulled out, with two agents telling us different stories. It was a ridiculous situation and we should have seen the warning signs.
