Superb level of service. Pragmatic, expert, responsive and pleasant. Being a UK/US dual citizen taxpayer is difficult but Jaffe & Co took away all of the hard work.

I've used Jaffe & Co 2 years in a row now. Being an American expat in London the taxing situation is very confusing and they did a great job walking me through it and answering my many questions. They were also able to help me get a lot of money back on my taxes. Well worth the cost to pay them!

I highly recommend the services of Jaffe & Co. They have a very high level of expertise and competence for challenging situations for expats like international moves and limited companies that some other tax preparation services shy away from. I particularly appreciate that unlike some of the larger firms, providing information is not done through a world of confusing online forms without any real human contact for questions. There are organizers, but they are straightforward. Ive been a client for several years and I have benefited from having a single helpful point of contact, Michael, as well as the larger team. They are all excellent. Based on my positive experience with US tax matters, I have recently started to get help with some UK tax matters as well.

I highly recommend Jaffe & Co to any US taxpayer located in the UK or otherwise. They are knowledgeable, responsive, and always helpful. I have used other expat tax services in the past, and have never regretted my decision to switch to Jaffe.

We have used various tax preparers over many years and have found Jaffe & Co to be excellent. Charges are transparent, the preparer we were assigned is polite, prompt in response, thorough, well informed and has advised us clearly on the more complicated aspects of our returns. Jaffe & Cos tax organisers are easy to use and reduce the personal stress of providing our information.
