Initially seemed genuine, received test kit, which I registered and returned five days ago, but have heard since. Have tried to contact via their website, email and telephone but no reply. Have contacted the lab who they use but they say they haven't received anything.. With service this poior they shouldn't appear on the gov.uk site as a provider of tests.
