When moving into a new house, we knew that we wanted a calm and warm atmosphere, somewhere to come home to after a long and busy day. Whilst we knew this was the feel we wanted to create, we were not sure how to do this effectively - and knew that it was more complicated than just buying lots of things that looked like that might fit the brief! Decorating a house was not something we could do by trial and error either! Once colours and furnishings were chosen, if they didnt work, it would be pretty hard to change it. We both know that our skills do not lie in design and pulling a room together in a way that is coordinated and stylish is not easy - we would end up picking things that looked nice as standalone but would not necessarily work when paired with other things. We also did not have the time, energy or contacts to coordinate the logistics of such a large project (tradespeople, suppliers, quotes and much more). Enter Cigal! She really took time to understand what we wanted, what we needed, how we lived our day to day life, what had/hadnt worked for us before and what furniture we wanted to keep (family pieces, art etc). She then produced a range of designs and meticulously worked with the building teams to finish the job to perfection. She and the team were reliable, patient, responsive and friendly at all times. We felt comfortable with them to have open conversations and work together on this project. Cigal and her team have designed and implemented a gorgeous house for us which exceeds our expectations and is a joy to be in. 10/10 would recommend! I chose Cigal and her team to design the interior of my new flat. It was an excellent choice. She immediately saw what I wanted to do with it and made some great suggestions, often (very tactfully) saving me from making poor decisions! She organised all the necessary work using very professional but friendly teams and was super-responsive - responding to my questions, points and random thoughts by return. She obviously cares deeply about her work and the satisfaction of her clients. I am very pleased with the results and have no hesitation in recommending her.

I have had a brilliant experience working with Cigal Kaplan and couldn't recommend her more. After struggling with two other decorators who spent countless hours measuring and developing expensive briefs but not getting far, I found a perfect match in Cigal. She understood my vision completely, and within six weeks I had three rooms not just designed but completely furnished. What I enjoy most about Cigal is that she is a brilliant project manager. She is utterly organized, responds within minutes, and is encouraging but not pushy. And she is fun! She is comfortable and skilled in both luxury and High-Street brands and seamlessly incorporated my ideas while infusing the project with her own flair. If you are looking for an enjoyable, low-stress, productive experience decorating your home then Cigal is it!
