        I have been with Heathwoods for many years and I am extremely satisfied with the personal service & competitive prices I receive, Very highly recommended!

        i was a customer of this firm for about 10 years. Many times i had to complain about incorrect documents; late advice on premiums becoming due and each time Mark the director came up with some excuse. This year.... i received 4 DAYS notice of my renewal - he blamed the insurer for not providing information. He sent me a schedule of my portfolio which was 4 years out of date, with significantly incorrect rebuilding values and an expensive premium. I responded that the data was incorrect... and he still did not phone me. DONT use them.. i have now got a better policy from a company that is highly recommended and whose astonishingly swift action over a weekend meant i was always covered. DONT use heathwoods.
