        I had my first session today with T. Yes thats the trainers name. I went on there with such pessimism and came out with the widest smile. He was the most knowledgeable trainer I have ever met. Almost a Dr and physio as well in one. I had just recently visited a doctor for back pain and a physio. And he was regurgitating advice from both word by word! Unbelievable. He was so attentive and paid attention to each individual in the class and how they were positioned and all their movements to ensure no one suffered any injury during the training. The classes are small sizes so attention is spread across only a few. It was fun, energetic and really tailor made. I left feeling elated and genuinely cant wait to book my next session. Bravo guys. A gem in East Finchley.

        Great gym. Been going for over a year. Really enjoy the personal training sessions. Small group classes are also of a very high standard. Strongly recommended.
