Sadly lost my mother some months ago and used Kelly &Co to organise the funeral. What a good choice! From the start, they were supportive, helpful, courteous and kind. Elizabeth took us professionally throughout the planning stage and on the day, Robert looked after us so well, I felt I could immerse myself in the event without worrying about the details and all would be well. If you are in the unfortunate position of needing a Funeral company, as we were recently when my mother passed, I can highly recommend Kelly & Co in Finchley. My sister and I rang a number of companies before deciding on this one. Right from the start, Sven made the whole process so much easier and we felt comfortable with him as soon as he answered the phone. As we had family flying in from all around the world we had timing issues, which he dealt with and solved successfully, and his calmness, efficiency and gentle manner was much appreciated. The two men that came to our home to take my mother away were respectful and did not make us feel at all rushed as we said our final farewells to her. Stuart, the Funeral Director on the day, was also very professional. So to sum up, a funeral company that I would highly recommend and should we be in the unfortunate position of needing a funeral company again, we will certainly call them first.
