Came here as an emergency referred to by the NHS. Im an extremely nervous person and was terrified of getting my infected tooth treated, but the dentist and the nurse were so professional, understanding and caring. They explained everything to me and made sure I was doing okay during the process- cant thank them enough!

Dr Tejal and the dental nurse were absolutely lovely. I was incredibly nervous and they were patient, professional and clear. The extraction was done incredibly quickly and everything was explained clearly.

Went their as an emergency referred to by 111 on new year's day , very disappointing as I went in with excruciating pain, dentist filled in a hole with temporary filling only to leave feeling worse ,, receptionist was quick to take a payment, had to find a dentist locally to where I live, and she was wonderful had to have the tooth extracted and told me that pure smile dentist should have done this procedure on new year's day visit , to me their not professional, especially having the dentist helper not understanding o think about visiting this place worse experience of my life

Had local anaesthetic at 10.30am and a temporary filling put in by Dr Nazli Imtiaz observed and helped by "assistant/student" Debbie Kis. It's now 7pm. Job performed with extreme care and patience. I was very anxious and feel my nerves were calmed. Dr Imtiaz took an x Ray and also pointed out that another tooth had decay under a filling. I have no more dental pain but only mild sensitivity to the affected area which I am avoiding eating on. I am very grateful to the wonderful skill and care received today. Thank you! The NHS are a very helpful service and deserve to be appreciated when doing well! (Just to add that I was seen on time and on Christmas day after phoning 111 at 1am in terrible pain! And to add that Dr Imtiaz is the lovely Doctor with blonde hair and blue eyes :))

Stay away as this NHS dentist is not competent as I had a broken wisdom tooth issue, meaning I needed an emergency filling, as I had nerve issues and I was flying out in the morning and needed a fix for a week at the most. The dentist gave me a prescription for antibiotics which I did not need and the dentist used the cheapest filling material which did not even bond onto my own tooth, and the filling fell out after 2 hours. I called and advised the receptionist what had happened and this is due to a cheap filling. Alarm bells were ringing when i spoke to the dentist who advised they did not normally use this type of filling on a wisdom tooth, and would have used a different type of filling if I returned. I have decided against returning as I believe the dentist is not competent. I asked for a refund and was refused. I will contact thE NHS and advise of this issue.
