Shocking service, just have a look at all the bad reviews for their parcel collection service. They get paid by Evri via Amazon to collect products from customers free of charge however the owners of this shop then refuse to scan your parcel until you pay extra for packaging completely going against the Amazon/Evri Service level agreement (which clearly states no packaging is required). Even worse, when I threatened to complain the owner said go phone Amazon I dont care, for every 10000 customers we only have a few people complain. There were other customers in the shop at the time complaining they too were always forced to pay for packaging. Just shocking and greedy behaviour.

I buy and sell things online using Amazon and other partners and I always use Finchley Xpress for sending and collecting my parcel never had any problems. The staff are very friendly and always helpful all I can say thumbs up an keep up the good job.

They dont collect boxes bigger than certain sizes even though Amazon list their name for collection. Unreliable collection centre.
