This was one of the easiest experiences of my life. I was slightly apprehensive and had been putting off removing two moles. I finally bit the bullet and messaged Daksha - who responded immediately. She could fit me in promptly - there was no six week waiting list - it was so straight forward. On the day - the removal of the moles was completely stress free and for someone who worries about things - it actually didnt hurt at all. Daksha is so knowledgable and brilliant at her job. Had an absolutely beautiful facial from the lovely Roco. She always makes me feel good and is willing to listen-the whole team listened to me and I didnt feel judged which was nice. Very much felt at ease and the facial was wry relaxing and my skin was glowing afterwards. During the face massage I almost fell asleep-Roco knew exactly where to go in my feed. I really liked the machine that took an analysis of my skin too. Im now looking forward to using my new products x
